Beckers supplies coating systems designed to meet customers’ needs. As well as standard products used in production, the company offers coatings for damage repair or for paint finishing during assembly. Customers can even order coatings packaged with their own proprietary labelling.
To understand current trends within the coatings industry, Beckers employs trend analysts. They develop our collections together with our colour stylists to achieve the fine balance between fashion and technology.
A growing number of our customers are requesting smaller batches of paint with very short delivery deadlines and in close proximity to painting lines. Beckers has responded to this challenge with the Beckry®Mix concept.
The Beckry®Mix concept allows rapid delivery not only of sample colour matches, but also commercial batches of industrial paints from our various ranges, like Beckry®Prim, Beckry®Lac, etc.
Challenging the traditional paint manufacturing process and its six steps (pre-mixing, grinding, letdown, adjusting, filtering, filling), this special concept gives our customers a competitive edge due to the quick delivery, as well as the unique advantages of the reduction of paint usage costs, the recycling of ”left-overs”, and the choice of a wide range of pigments.
A colorimetric wallet, available upon request at [email protected], was developed in order to complete our Beckry®Mix concept for production. This wallet is composed of about 2500 physical color samples which cover the main Colorcharts for Trucks business. Each color sample from the wallet was measured, formulated, and added to the library of recipes in our Beckry®Mix software, thus enabling the end-user to produce on demand and on site those specific standards.
