However, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for the content provided, neither for its completeness, timeliness nor its accuracy. According to §§8 to 10 of German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are not obligated and we accept no responsibilty to monitor third party information provided or stored on our website, in particular we are not obligated to investigate facts and circumstances that indicate unlawful activities and information.
