Andrzej Kalucki works as a production planning specialist at Beckers Poland. He is also responsible for supply chain management. He has been working at Beckers for almost 11 years. Three of these years he spent at Beckers in Liverpool in the UK. His work involves making and revising production plans and monitoring the production process together with the purchasing, sales and production departments. Andrzej enjoys working at Beckers and especially the familiar atmosphere of the company. He thinks that the fact that Beckers constantly changes presents a unique opportunity to learn, grow and develop.
