Anuradha Verma handles the Technical department at Beckers India, which involves daily interaction with quality control, production, the sales team and Beckers’ customers. Her team develops new colours for pilot and big volume batches, performs trouble shooting and answers customer queries. Anuradha also handles the development of appliance coatings for different customers in India.
Anuradha joined Beckers in 2005. She says that she has had lots of opportunities to grow and develop in the organization. She thinks that Beckers has a great work culture and she feels like she’s a part of a wonderful, supportive family. Having made a journey from a management trainee to a manager she’s now looking forward to even bigger and more challenging assignments in the future.
