Deepika Singh is Technical Manager – R&D based in the United Arab Emirates. She joined Beckers in 2020 as Senior R&D Executive and was promoted to R&D Manager after taking on diverse technical challenges and developing her leadership skills. A key focus has been sustainability-driven initiatives, including developing more sustainable formulations –work that reinforces her commitment to responsible innovation. She values the collaborative environment and mentorship she's received and finds meaning in contributing to more environmentally responsible solutions. For her, Beckers' emphasis on raising the standard of care for our world makes the work fulfilling, while the supportive culture makes it a place where she feels valued both professionally and personally.
