Phung Manh Linh works as a production supervisor in charge of the grinding section and maintenance in the production department in Ho Chi Minh City. His job is to control intermediate stocks and make sure that all machines are well maintained and running smoothly. He also controls production costs related to electricity consumption.
Since he started working at Beckers in 2011 he has learned a lot, not only about production management but also team management. He feels he gets a lot of support from his own manager, which helps him develop even further.
